Sizes the common case at the NEC 75C column with a 3% voltage-drop target and the 240.4(D) small-conductor caps. It does not apply ambient or bundling derates (which only make wire larger), the 125% continuous-load factor, EGC sizing, or motor rules. Conduit fill covers THHN in EMT only. Not a substitute for a licensed electrician, a permit, or AHJ review.
